A $150.00 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure a time and date commitment for your wedding. It may be paid by check or money order made out and mailed to, Emmaus Ministry, 392 West Wrentham RD. Cumberland, RI 02864. or St. Benedict Interfaith Christian Fellowship, 397 Robinson St., Raynham Ma. 02767. This retainer is due to the Ministry after the initial wedding plan discussion is complete to secure your date and time. This is especially needed May through October and for any holiday weekend.  Reasonable e-mails, and telephone calls from brides and grooms with questions about their wedding are welcomed prior to booking. A personal meeting is encouraged when possible. Smaller weddings may not require a booking fee, which is determined on a case by case basis. If financial hardship is involved please discuss with the minister. However, without a deposit your time and date is not secure. Please notify the Ministry you have retained for any cancellations so they can remove the time from their ministry calendar.

A minimum honorarium of $150 for the first hour is expected for wedding ceremony, and $50.00 for each additional hour thereafter. Normally this is paid to the clergyperson on the day of the wedding, 

 Rehearsal, parking, travel, or other special expenses are additional costs and expected to be paid by the couple before the ceremony begins. Weddings on a Holiday are double the regular rate.

For a simple ceremony at Rev. Andy's or Rev. Michael's Study or home garden a minimum $125.00 fee must be paid in full when the ceremony is scheduled. 

Our Ministers gladly participates in any rehearsal or rehearsal dinner prior to a wedding service, the fee is $75.00. All fees due for the rehearsal and wedding ceremony should be paid to the clergyperson on the day of the wedding. To ensure that each couple is ready for the ceremony a telephone call to the Minister the night or morning before the wedding is required. Please call and communicate you have a license and there are no changes in plans as close to the wedding as possible.

Wedding ceremonies in paid locations must be paid by the couple including any fees for the Officiate to park or enter such as Theme Parks or Festivals. Any special setting that may require him to remain for several hours also may incur additional costs depending on the amount of time required. 

If travel is expected out of the area, the bride and groom are expected to pay all hospitality and transportation expenses for the Minister. A cost will be discussed for the travel at the booking. Any wedding outside the 50 mile perimeter must be fully discussed and may include travel costs.
